A little history of the Tikizone
Hi, My name is Nels, a regular guy with a taste for Tiki. Twenty years ago I began having Tiki BBQ's in my backyard, and over the years I have had many people approach me asking if they could purchase my carvings or have me make them a custom bar for their home. So the Tikizone was created to do just that. I am just one guy who started Tiki for fun and it has become a little business now. I pride myself on trying to help anyone that has an interest in Tiki as much as I can.
Many of my items are made by myself, while others are commercially available to the public for excessively high prices. I buy in bulk and sell in bulk to keep my prices low. Because of this, the Tikizone undercuts the prices you would have to pay elsewhere, especially on Lei's which cost a fortune at stores and other websites.
I Usually ship via USPS First Class or Priority mail and get the items out within a day or two. On larger items or larger quantities it may be a little longer, depending on stock or packaging of large items.

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES:
Tikizone offers a full refund or exchange of the purchase price of any of my products(unless otherwise noted) if you aren't 100% satisfied with the goods. In order to complete a return, exchange, or credit these steps have to be be followed:
Tikizone must be notified of the reason for a return or exchange within 2 weeks from original purchase date via email. Please refer to your order number when emailing for faster service. All returns must be received within 30 days of the original order date, this is because the security system here delete's all credit card info after 30 days.
*Items must be returned in unused and/or saleable condition as determined by us within a reasonable amount of time of notification(5-7 days) before a refund or exchange will be given. Items must include original packaging and/or hang tags. No used, worn, or washed items will be accepted as a return. Returned items must include the order number.
*Shipping costs are ALWAYS NON-refundable, unless I made a mistake. In an exchange, the customer is responsible for payment of all shipping fees.
*Refunds will only be given in the form of the original payment.
*A return WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED for a refund or exchange if any of these steps are not taken. There will be NO exceptions. If you have any questions about this refund policy, please ask them before ordering.
*All items must pass quality control and are thoroughly checked before shipping. Check your package at the time of delivery for any visible damage to the packaging. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify the carrier immediately with any loss or damage claims. It is the customers responsibility to follow up on damage and lost item claims with the carrier. TikiZone must be notified within 48 hours of a damage or loss claim being filed.
